Atsalakis Premium Foods, is a company that has been active on the island of Rhodes since 1993, in the fields of import, food trade and production of pastry products.

It all started in 1995 with the import of food from England and Ireland, with the primary goal of supplying catering businesses with products that are part of the daily eating habits of foreign visitors and secondarily the acquaintance and familiarization of the local market with them. Both goals were achieved very quickly with amazing results, of course after a lot of effort.

The specialization and extensive experience of Atsalakis Premium Foods in English food combined with the rich range of related products that it imports and distributes exclusively, offered it a leading position in the local tourism market in this category.

In 2003, the food import began – mainly frozen – from other European countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain, in catering packages, mainly targeting the catering market, hotels, restaurants, fast food and more.

The products that the company imports, constitute the largest percentage of all the products available in the market and their selection is made with very strict criteria from countries with a tradition of consumer products that are produced with high standards.

Today, with more than 25 years of success and growth, Atsalakis Premium Foods continues to import selected items from leading European factories.

With organized storage spaces and facilities of a total area of 450sqm, freezing and maintenance booths, a unit for the production of traditional dough products and a privately owned fleet of vehicles, the company is distinguished for the excellent service and uninterrupted catering of a large number of catering companies.

The above in combination with the possession of HACCP quality certificates by the a-Cert organization, are a guarantee for the observance of all the necessary specifications, for the storage, preservation and distribution of food, in order to ensure and protect the final consumer.

The year 2004 is a milestone year, as the company begins to distribute the full range of products of the famous Pitta bread Roditiki Ladopitta, a trademark of Rhodes, produced by the eponymous handicraft, with a network of representatives that crosses the borders of Greece and reaches many European cities.

Possessing the exclusive right of production and holding a Patent from the Industrial Property Organization (OBI), it constantly invests in new mechanical equipment and packaging machines, constantly presenting new products based on the successful recipe of Roditiki Ladopitta.
The most recent are “CRISPY PITTA CHIPS LADOPITTAKIA – Natural Traditional Taste” and the 3 new special flavors: Spinach (green), Tomato (orange) and Beetroot (burgundy), the new members of Roditiki Ladopitta’s big family.

Atsalakis Premium Foods has been distributing since the summer of 2020
exclusively in Rhodes the authentic Italian ice cream of the famous Bindi – Premium Italian Ice Cream.

This is a wide range of original ice cream flavors, of excellent quality, which win over consumers with their cool and velvety texture!

It is the ideal dessert proposal for any catering business (restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels) as well as retail outlets.
